SHIPMENTS – DELIVERIES OF ORDERS ARE USUALLY MADE 1-3 WORKING DAYS SINCE THE DAY OF THEIR CONFIRMATION.
IN PARTICULAR, ORDERS DELIVERED WITH OUR MEANS ARE USUALLY PLACED IN 1-2 WORKING DAYS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9:30 – 16:00 UNLESS THERE IS A DIFFERENT CONSULTATION WITH THE CUSTOMER.
More specifically, there are the following ways of sending – delivering orders:
1) By our own means
We deliver to your place orders which due to volume or weight can not or it is not advantageous to be sent by courier. We serve most areas of Greece however for your best service you can contact us for shipping and service areas.
2) Collection from the store
Whichever way you choose to place your order, you can pick it up for free, from our store.
Once the order is ready, we will notify you by email or phone to receive it.
Orders that remain unreceived from our store for more than 10 days are canceled, unless there is consultation with the customer.
Receipt hours
Monday – Wednesday – Saturday 8:30am – 15:30pm
Tuesday – Thursday – Friday: 8: 30am – 19:30pm
3) Shipping by Courier
Orders in areas that are not served or for small packages, can be delivered to their destination with a partner company Courier.
* Note that due to the nature of our goods there is a case that their volume exceeds their actual weight and then they are calculated based on their volumetric weight depending on their dimensions (width x length x height / 5000). Shipping costs are therefore calculated based on the resulting volumetric weight.
** Note that shipping costs on some items are not calculated automatically when you complete your order. As soon as we receive it, we immediately inform you about the costs that arise and the ways of sending your order so that we can receive your final confirmation in order to proceed with its sending.
Maximum order weight that can be sent with the Courier company is 18kg.
4) ΕΛΤΑ Post Office
Orders in areas outside Ioannina, in island destinations or orders in Ioannina that due to weight, volume or value can not be delivered by our means.

Once your order is completed, you will be informed about the shipping costs in case the Post Office is used as a means of sending the order.
The customer receives from the nearest ΕΛΤΑ branch.

- The products presented on the site are usually available within 24-48 hours. Please note that their availability is updated daily at night. Therefore, there is a possibility that some of them are exhausted. In such a case, there is a telephone or written information to the customer about the progress of his order and the possible day of sending it. - Our company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of orders that it has not undertaken to process with its own privately owned vehicles or due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, inaccessible areas etc.
